Zareen Khan has come a long way with her weight issues. She once was overweight but the lady has never let the world decide what was good for her. She took up the weight loss journey when she was ready for it and has redefined herself over time.
Body shaming doesn't affect her
She has never allowed body shaming to take the steering wheel of her life and because of that today she has lost weight in a healthy way. Last year, she took to Instagram to share some of her old photos and she mentioned that she is proud of where she has reached now.
Eating everything in limited quantity
In a recent interview, Zareen shared that she is a Vegetarian by choice and has given up non-veg food in all forms. She has also stated that she is strictly against weight loss pills as they do not work and she prefers to control her diet. Zareen believes that eating everything in limited quantity is the key to weight loss and a healthy body.
Pilates helped her in toning her body and increasing stamina
